Watch Harmony of the Seas From Nothing To World’s Biggest Cruise Ship

Royal Caribbean has released the best video to date of its newest addition to the fleet. Harmony of the Seas which is about to begin a series of short cruises from Southampton, UK is what everyone is talking about at the moment. The Miami based cruise line has released photos, videos and even infographics for days now.

We’ve got one of the latest videos from Royal Caribbean which shows Harmony of the Seas when it was just a piece of steel at the STX France shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France. The time-lapse video is impressive and a nice insight into how the vessel came together over all those months.

One of the most exciting features onboard the vessel is the 10-Story high Ultimate Abyss slide. Located at the aft overlooking the AqauTheater, the slide twists and all the way down to the boardwalk below.

The 227,000 gross ton Harmony of the Seas will set off towards its new home port in Barcelona, Spain from the UK on May 29. The Vessel will begin Mediterranean cruises from the port in June. On November 5 the 5,480 passenger ship will arrive in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises. North American will be able to enjoy all the innovative features which Europe will be enjoying over the Summer.
