Carnival Horizon November Construction Photos

Carnival Horizon is one of the most anticipated new cruise ships of 2018 so it's always interesting to see how the upcoming Carnival cruise ship is coming along.

The most recent photos released from Carnival Cruise Line was the ships recent sea trials in the Adriatic Sea from the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy. Even though the second Vista-class vessel looked totally stunning at sea she is now back at the shipyard receiving all the final touches.

As you can see the ship is coming along nicely compared to previous construction photos released. The cruise line has also been teasing new details and featured recently including the fleets first Teppanyaki dining venue, a dedicated Guy Fieri BBQ venue and even special artwork on the huge main atrium LED sculpture. The new Carnival cruise ship will also feature SkyRide and an IMAX Theater as seen on sister ship Carnival Vista.

Carnival Horizon will begin its maiden voyage from Barcelona, Spain on April 2, 2018. After a series of sailings in the Mediterranean, the vessel will begin its year-round service from Miami, Florida on September 22, 2018. Carnival Horizon will first be spending some exclusive time out of New York sailing Bermuda and the Caribbean for the Summer season.

Carnival Horizon will be 133,500 gross tons and be able to carry 3,974 passengers at double occupancy. It really is worth watching the ships Virtual Tour to see exactly how it will look and what’s available.
